The Annual Northwest Reign of Style Hair Show & Competition provides Barbers, Stylists, and Cosmetology Schools the opportunity to display their vast talents in different categories, for MUA's, Locs, Braids, Barbers and more . Come watch or participate in our LIVE Watch Me Work categories where you will see MUA'S , barbers, braiders and more compete to be the Reigning Winner. Come watch as they WORK.

Our Story
In 2008, Seattle hairstylist and Life’s Salon owner Aisha Ellis-Asim considered the glaring lack of hair shows in the Northwest region. A fan of the large & longstanding hair shows held throughout the country, Aisha decided to fill that void for the Northwest region, thus the creation of Reigning Competitions NW.
Reigning Competitions NW has since produced “The Annual Reign of Style Hair Show & Competition “ and “The Summer Reign Hair & Fashion Show” with the aim of providing a stage and opportunity for hairstylists, beauticians, make-up artists, cosmetology students, and fashion designers from Seattle, Tacoma, and surrounding areas to display their talents, creativity, and passion for hair, beauty, and fashion. These hair & beauty enthusiasts seize the chance to compete for cash, prizes, and notoriety in a variety of categories, all the while entertaining a large and lively audience.
